Spring Yard Update
A follow up post about spring in my yard...
I don’t know if I am doing this right. This is my first time not getting the assistance of Alyssa who is the Mistress of all things Substack (and many other things over here)…
I have some new cactus blooming in my yard and had to show you!
I don’t know what kind it is and Shabbat is approaching so I don’t have time to do the correct research, but I am open to any suggestions as to what these beauties are.
Also, I am posting an update with more open flowers on my other cactus which is opening more and more.
AND… the birds flew the nest! They grew up and survived and the nest is still there but they have officially moved on LOL.

The one with the red-orange flower is commonly named Red Torch cactus, aka Echinopsis Huascha
The other is known as a Pincushion cactus, from the Mammillaria family.
I hope that Google images was correct! They are both beautiful.
